Diatomaceous Earth

Our Diatomaceous Earth is very similar to turface in size and texture.
Excellent soil amendment, absorbs and retains moisture for slow release to roots plus it's great for killing parasites and fungus gnat larva in bonsai soils. Diatomaceous Earth
is a fossilized mineral created from algae-like plants called diatoms. DE is all natural.

Calcined Diatomaceous Earth has great
water retaining properties, holds nutrients in the trapped water, and assists

Where to buy diatomaceous earth:

DE can be purchased at hardware stores, nursery suppliers and home centers in
a dust form. This is used as a pesticides and should not be used as a soil
amendment.
