A. YOUR BONSAI WILL COME IN A LARGE BOX AND WILL BE WIRED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE CARTON FOR THE BONSAI'S SAFETY DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR NEW BONSAI OPEN THE TOP OF THE CARTON AS USUAL, CUTTING THROUGH THE TAPE. AFTER OPENING THE CARTON AND LOOKING DOWN INSIDE YOU WILL SEE POPCORN FILLING. NO, YOU CAN NOT EAT IT, IT IS NOT THAT TYPE OF POPCORN, THAT WOULD DRAW BUGS. TAKE A SHARP PAIR OF LARGE SCISSORS AND JUST CUT DOWN THE FRONT OF THE CARDBOARD BOX, CUT THE ENTIRE FRONT SIDE OFF AND LET THE POPCORN SPILL OUT. INSURANCE IS REQUIRED AND IS A PART OF YOUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES. IF ANY DAMAGE OCCURS TO THE PLANT DURING THE SHIPPING PROCESS, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY AND THE DAMAGED ITEM AND THE CARTON IT CAME IN MUST BE SAVED FOR PROOF TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER. THERE WILL BE SEVERAL LAYERS OF CELAPHANE WRAP TO TRAP MOISTURE IN THE SOIL FOR HIS TRIP TO YOU. BE CAREFUL AS YOU UNWRAP AND TRY NOT TO GET IT CAUGHT IN THE BRANCHES OF THE TREE. SOME OF THE FINE NEW FOILAGE MAY BE BENT OR BROKEN. EXAMINE YOUR NEW JOY AND ACCESS ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY HAVE HAPPENED DURING SHIPPING. REMOVE ANY DAMAGED FOILAGE.
